The Structure Behind the Collective
The Cheryl Henderson Collective (CHC) was built from a simple observation: the way people invest, live, and experience a place is often disconnected.
Projects are developed without considering how they will be lived in. Properties are sold without thinking about what happens after. Hospitality, community, and support are treated as separate layers, added later, if at all. Over time, this creates gaps between expectation and reality.
The Collective was created to close the gaps.
By bringing together real estate, development, hospitality, community, and care, we’ve built a structure where each part informs and strengthens the other. What is designed is aligned with how it will be experienced. What is sold is supported beyond the transaction. What is created is sustained over time.
